Asta Jovaišienė leads INVL Family Office and also serves on the Board of INVL Asset Management.

Asta began her career in 2006 as an investment consultant at the financial brokerage firm Finasta. In 2013, she became Head of the Wealth Management Department at Finasta Bank. Since 2015, Asta has led INVL Family Office as its Head and board member. Today, INVL Family Office is the leading multi-family office in the Baltic states. She also serves on the Board of INVL Asset Management in Lithuania and on the Supervisory Board of INVL Asset Management in Latvia.

In 2024, Asta founded the Lithuanian Family Wealth Managers Association and became its chairwoman. She was the first to introduce succession planning topic to the Lithuanian market, a field she is deeply passionate about.

Asta has also launched several social initiatives, including the Women’s Club, the Youth Academie and Educational Programme for Successors, to promote financial literacy in Lithuania.

Asta holds a master’s degree in finance from Vilnius University.

More than 20 years of management experience in the Baltic financial sector.

Andrius Načajus previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Achemos Group. Before that, he spent six years at Luminor Bank, where he was a Board board member and led Business Banking across the Baltic states, as well as heading the Lithuanian division. Earlier in his career, Andrius led the Business Banking, Markets, and Investment Banking divisions at DNB Bank in Lithuania before becoming the head of Luminor in Lithuania.

Andrius graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and Stockholm, earning a master’s degree in international business.

Over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, including more than 15 years in leadership roles.

Andrej has been part of the Invalda INVL Group for nearly two decades, managing Finasta Bank, Finasta Asset Management Latvia, and Invalda Asset Management, and contributing to numerous successful capital-raising, company sale and business development projects across the Baltic states.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of INVL Family Office and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IPAS INVL Asset Management and AS INVL Atklatais Pensiju Fonds within the Invalda INVL Group. Beyond the group, Andrej is actively involved in corporate governance: he is co-owner and Chairman of the Board of Vokė-III, a board member of Baltic Dairy Board and Vilkyškių Pieninė, and a board member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of AUGA group. He also advises various companies on strategic development and M&A matters.

Andrej Cyba holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from Vilnius University.

Over 12 years of experience in financial markets, including more than a decade in leadership roles.

Before joining Invalda INVL Group, Justas worked at the international investment firms Agile Finance GP and Talis Limited, where he developed and executed investment strategies, managed large portfolios and led investment teams. He has also served as a board member of Vilniaus Prekyba and as acting CEO of Maxima Group.

Justas’s professional strengths include strategic thinking, capital market analysis and global investment decision-making.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from ISM University of Management and Economics.

Audrius is Head of Business Development at INVL Asset Management and plays an active role in several investment committees within the Invalda INVL Group.

Since 2016, he has held positions focused on creating and developing new products for INVL Asset Management and other companies within the Invalda INVL Group. Earlier in his career, Audrius worked in legal and compliance roles at SEB Bank and Finasta Bank.

Audrius holds a master’s degree in law from Mykolas Romeris University.

More than 8 years of professional experience in financial advisory and wealth management.

Aime Klooren leads the Estonian branch of INVL Family Office, focusing on creating long-term value for clients and providing highly personalized investment advisory services.

Aime began her career in 2017 at Mandatum Life, where she worked with wealth management clients. In 2022, she took on the leadership of INVL Life’s life insurance sales team and customer support unit. Since 2025, Aime has been the Head of INVL Family Office Estonia, responsible for leading the team, developing sales processes, and implementing business strategies.

Before joining INVL, she worked in Austria as a sales consultant for bespoke business clothing and also gained international leadership experience by mentoring and training teams in the USA as part of the Southwestern Advantage program.

Aime holds a degree in International Relations from the School of Business and Governance at Tallinn University of Technology. This background has provided her with a strong understanding of economic environments, geopolitical influences, and their impact on investment decisions.

Rait Kondor is the Investment Strategist at INVL Family Office Estonia, focusing on corporate and financial market analysis to support well-considered and result-oriented investment decisions. He joined INVL in 2022, bringing extensive expertise in portfolio management, financial analysis, and strategic investment decision-making.

As an investment strategist, his work is centered on comprehensive wealth management for high-net-worth clients and the long-term growth of their capital. Rait believes that the best results come from discipline, consistency, and the ability to look beyond everyday market noise.

Previously, he worked in Swedbank Private Banking as a client manager, headed Kodumaa Kapital Credit Union, and served as a portfolio manager and fund manager at LHV. He is also involved in Volver OÜ and several other financial and development projects.

Rait holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Estonian Business School and has also studied economics and business management at the University of Tartu.

Ken Kramer is an Investment Advisor at INVL Family Office Estonia, focusing on wealth management and investment strategies for clients. He joined INVL in 2025, bringing extensive expertise in financial advisory, insurance solutions, and legal matters. Ken helps clients plan long-term capital growth, optimize risk, and build thoughtful, personalized financial strategies.

Previously, Ken worked as Head of Investments and Development at Telecom Infrastructure Partners Estonia, as well as a sales and business consultant at Difseco and Umbrella Forensics. He has also served as an investment and insurance advisor at QLA Insurance. In addition, he gained legal experience at law firms Arumäe & Sipari and Glikman Alvin, and worked as a procurement lawyer at Go Group.

He is a trusted and professional partner for clients seeking well-considered, long-term investment and financial solutions.

Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Tallinn University and has further specialized in International Business Law.

Nearly 10 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and customer experience.

Liis Kask is the Head of Marketing and Communications at INVL Family Office Estonia, responsible for shaping the organization’s strategic communication, increasing brand visibility, and supporting sales and client relationship development.

Liis joined the INVL Group in 2022, initially as a Marketing Project Manager at INVL Life, where she was responsible for brand development and the implementation of marketing initiatives. Since 2023, she has led marketing and communications at INVL Family Office, contributing to the company’s strategic growth and client-centric value proposition.

Previously, Liis worked for more than 17 years at Neste Estonia, where she led digital marketing projects and developed customer experience initiatives. Her experience also includes direct sales and team leadership within the Southwestern Advantage program.

Liis holds a master’s degree in Communication from Tallinn University.
